The Exams of Non-Board Classes{Except IX & XI} will taken in3 units :--
Unit Test -I( In September)
Unit Test-II(In December)
Annual Examination( In March)

Scheme of Examination and Promotion
(Class: VI, VII, VIII, IX & XI)

The Promotion to the next class depends on the student's progress throughout the year. There are two rounds of units tests along with Half Yearly and Annual Examination. The weight age of each test is as follows:

The qualifying marks in each subject shall be 33% for all classes.

  1. For XI: A candidate getting less than the stipulated 33% in ONE of the five subjects shall be placed in compartment. If there are TWO OR MORE subjects with less than 33% marks the candidate will be denied promotion.
  2. For IX and VIII: A candidate getting less than the stipulated 33% in ONE or TWO subjects shall be placed in compartment. If there are THREE OR MORE subjects with less than 33% marks the candidate will be denied promotion.
  3. For VII and VI: There is no detention in class VII & VI.(Whereas Some Conditions can apply)

Board Classes {Including IX & XI}

According To P.S.Edu.B , From this year exam will be taken in Semester System.

There will be two semesters for each class Both will be behaved as Final Exam as the marks in each semster will be counted in total annual percentage.
